2. Website access and hosting
When you access this website, technical data such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, operating system, referrer, and response status may be processed to deliver the website securely and diagnose faults. Processing is based on our legitimate interests in secure, reliable operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably required for security and operations.
3. Transfer requests and communication
When you submit a request, we process your name, contact details, pickup and destination, date and time, flight number where supplied, vehicle choice, passenger and luggage details, and your message. We use this information to prepare, answer, and perform your requested transfer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps before and performance of a contract. Required details cannot be omitted if we are to process the request.
4. Email delivery and service providers
Your request and confirmation are transmitted through our email delivery and website hosting providers acting on our behalf. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area where a provider or its technical infrastructure is located there. In such cases, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted when they are no longer needed for communication and no legal claim is expected. Contract and invoice information is retained for the statutory commercial and tax retention periods, generally six or ten years where applicable. We may retain relevant correspondence for up to three years after the end of the year to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We currently do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. Essential technical storage may be used only where required to operate and protect the website. If additional services are introduced, this policy and any required consent choices will be updated before use.
7. Recipients
Access is limited to our staff and service providers who need the information to arrange the journey, provide the website and email service, or meet legal duties. Trip details may be shared with the assigned chauffeur or transport partner where necessary to perform the service.
8. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent for the future where processing relies on consent. To exercise these rights, contact info@gondal-chauffeur.de.
9. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for our registered office is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany, www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.
10. Security and updates
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
